Jess grew up in Kelowna so it was natural for her and Braden to want to get married there. They chose her parents heritage home, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city.
Jess’s mom is a passionate gardener so she had the grounds in stunning perfection. The quaint landscaping and history of the house lent itself perfectly to Vintage Origamis elegant decor.
Jess summarized the wedding vibe as “chandeliers and wild flower, antique dressers and live jazz, Asian fusion and macaroons”. It was an eclectic mix of their favorite things.
With only immediate family and dearest friends in a attendance a lovely intimate feel permeated the event. Seasonal and local ingredients highlighted the cocktail hour and delicious vegetarian buffet. All was enjoyed against the back drop of the backyard pool and gardens. When speeches were done the guests danced the night away under the twinkle lights and stars.
